

The Organization
When we started Royal Swan Charitable Minority Trust (RSCMT)in 2010, we struggled to give order to the mess; that is an organization. After all, business is the commercialization of human interaction and well, people are messes of complexity. We succeeded in helping these people enact change, it’s no surprise then, given the challenge, that those people tend to rely on organization charts to make sense of our organization, that as a tool helps make sense of all that complexity. Our Organizational entity with Our Members gusto and impetus comprises a particular purpose that purely runs on a well structured and planed Organization Charter.
The Charter, now a registered and recognised Trust, is being nourished and managed by an elite and eminent personalities who occupy respectable positions in the society. The trust has always been in the forefront for provision of value-based education to all the kids and growing younger generation irrespective of caste, creed, race, religion etc., keeping in with the main motto “Do Good – to Come – to be Good”.
